About Kelsey Mueller

My teaching practice is rooted in compassion and the belief that yoga is about more than movement—it’s about developing a deeper relationship with your body. I blend functional movement, breathwork, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed practices to create classes that are both grounding and empowering for all bodies.

As an E-RYT 200, RPYT, RYC® Pro, and YACEP, I bring a decade of teaching experience across all areas of life. I teach prenatal and postpartum yoga, core and pelvic floor health, adaptive yoga, children's yoga, and functional movement. I have a particular passion for helping people navigate times when their bodies are changing—whether through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, injury, disability, or other life transitions.

My experience includes working with pregnant and postpartum students, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and neurodivergent individuals, people with a wide range of physical abilities and movement experiences, and children of all ages. I believe accessibility does not mean taking strength, challenge, or meaningful movement away. Instead, I look for ways to make movement more accessible while still supporting strength, mobility, balance, body awareness, and confidence.

Across all of my teaching, I encourage students to become curious about their own bodies and develop the ability to notice, listen, and respond to what they need. My approach is playful and adaptable without being prescriptive, allowing each person to participate in a way that is appropriate for their body, experience, and season of life.

Whether teaching a studio class, private session, adaptive program, school, teacher training, or specialized workshop, my goal is to meet each person where they are and offer tools that help them feel more connected, capable, and at home in their body. I believe yoga should be something we can bring with us into real life—supporting how we move, breathe, recover, connect, and live in our bodies every day.
