Hi there, I am Rutt from Estonia, Pärnu. I am a mother of free lovely daughters and one adorable son. My "getting your own body better" journey started after giving birth to my second child, when was diagnosed with diastasis recti, I had some pelvic floor problems and lower back pain. These problems led me through some different methodics to the Restore Your Core^® program. This program worked like a miracle on me and now I am dedicated to helping also other women. I believe that every woman has the power to heal herself, all we need is a little bit of guidance and commitment.
